Our Hollands are purebred with full pedigrees for the most part, although on occassion we do fall in love with some strictly brood quality does... our goal is to try to improve upon them using the best buck for the job, but this sometimes causes us to have unpedigreed animals available. Of course, even using fully pedigreed and purebred stock, we do get the occassion "pet only" animal as well.

Chester is an incredibly well built little man. He is very compact and has a fantastic head and ear as well as a great crown with perfect ear placement. His shoulder, hip and HQ is also very good as well. Some judges think that he'd do better if he wasn't quite as small as he is however.

Another wonderfully put together little man. Great head and ears, nice crown. Very good shoulder and HQ... some judges unfortunately associate his small size with being fined boned. He doesn't actually have this issue, he's a wonderful buck for bringing down doe size without loosing that bone.

BOB Holland Rockton A 2009 (1st GC Leg)
FANTASTIC head and ear (ear could be a tad, 1/8inch shorter however). Good shoulder, hip and HQ, great colouring and pattern. Unfortunately this little man has developed an eye spot so his show career is over :( Hopefully I can get a nice replacement show buck out of him and keep him around as a brood buck though.

Mom - L&N's Phila (sable point)
Not a bad head and ear on this little guy. Good body with and nice shoulder and HQ as well. He's way too small to ever have a show career though. Would love to see this animal's type on a bit bigger frame, hopefully I can get it with his babies.

Wonderful head and ear, I absolutely LOVE this guy's head! Great little body on him too. We had thought he had a white tip on his tail but since he's matured, it seems to have vanished... there is some undercoat that shows which is (of course) a little paler but we're hopeful it isn't a DQ.
Broken Blue Tort

Mom - Stew's Opaleka (opal)
This buck is absolutely GORGEOUS! He has an unbelievable head and ear... but unfortunately still has some control over those ears. He tends to be easily excited and that's when the ears go up lol. We're working on fixing this and hoping to get him to the show tables soon.
He is grandson to GC Stew's Commanche and I've been told that he looks so much like Commanche did at this age... I've got my fingers crossed that he turns out as nicely, had the chance to see Commanche in New York (WOW!).
Broken Orange
Dad - CL's Chester (tort)
Mom - PE's China (chestnut)
The one and only litter from PE's China, unfortunately she didn't make it. :( Arlo is a really nice little broken orange, we didn't expect him to survive for the longest time as he was very tiny and frail but he pulled through well... will most likely stay tiny but shows alot of promise.

HP has a great head and ear with a nice crown and near perfect ear placement. She also has a solid body with good shoulders, hips and HQ but is quite large overall. I'm hoping to continue her lines (with chocolates) and get the size down without losing overall type.
Broken Blue
Weight - 4.5lb
Dad - Hailey's Heavenly Holland's Cody (broken black)
Mom - SG's Sunny D (orange)
I absolutely love this girl's ears... while they are much longer than I'd like to see, the reason I like them is that they both have white tipping that makes them look like they've been dipped in paint. lol. I'm getting very excited to see the quality of her babies once the breeding is done, I've recently decided to use my little black buck "Bear" as I love his head and was in need of a broken doe to use with him. Sparky has a tremendous amount of colour behind her and I'm excited to see which come out in this litter... her last apparently consisted of chins, blues, oranges, chestnuts and opals. Fingers crossed!
Orange
Dad - GC Stew's Apache (broken tort)
Mom - Stew's Fallon (orange)
Falcon really turned out nicely... I'm very happy with her, all except for the remaining ear control issues. She has great ear placement and side to side crown width but still refuses to keep them laid down properly... sigh. Because of this issue, we've decided to keep her off the show tables this year and breed her instead. Maybe by next year we'll have fixed the problem.
